"Some clamps can be tricky to manipulate, but not these: simply stiffen your nipples, apply the clamp, and tighten to taste. The clamps are adjusted by a screw and can go from a very little application of pressure to quite tight, probably preferable only to those comfortable with nipple torture or intense bondage. I prefer a heavier chain, myself, and I found the balls and adornments a bit insufficient for the weight I wanted exerted downwards. However, they're attractive and playful, something you could certainly slip under a v-neck shirt."
