I suggest you purchase the ankle cuffs, because the rope is longer between the cuffs, and it allows for the hands to be kept apart, which is important to prevent self-release ------ Here is the technique I have used: Have your partner lie down, and run the connecting rope under the small of her back, leaving the open loop ends out to the sides of her hips. Because they seem so 'cute' and 'harmless' --- you can easily convince your first-time bondage partner to slip her hands into those soft loops, and then once secured, only you can open the mechanism.
